The task of replacing a set of plate rollers and registering printing can be executed efficiently within a short timeframe. This involves unloading 6 old plate rollers, installing 6 new plate rollers, and securely fastening them. All of these tasks can be accomplished in just a mere 20 minutes.

For the initial installation, the unit operates at 50m/Min and utilizes an electric quantitative positioning and fast registration system. This advanced system allows for vertical and horizontal registration to be completed in just one and a half minutes.

This machine boasts an impressive production speed that can reach up to 180m/min. It is highly accurate with a set accuracy of ± 0.1. Additionally, the overprint accuracy remains unchanged during the entire running and lifting speed process.

When the machine is stopped, the base material remains under tension and there is no displacement of the base material.
